Becoming a child scientist!

The Culture and Cognition lab conducts research to learn about how children in different cultures develop the ability to communicate with their parents..

In our project, we have children and their parents visit the lab together and participate in fun, game-like tasks. Each session takes less than 40 minutes. After the session, your child will receive a small toy, a note, or a book and you will be compensated for your time. We will also cover your parking while you are in the lab.

Currently we are conducting studies child development in 6- to 10-year old children and their parents.
