We are excited to announce a new Competitive Touch Table (CTT) system in our Re:Cognition Lab!
In contrast to traditionally collecting data in isolation, we study how cognition is expressed in more naturalistic settings, including competitive play.
In this demonstration, we have simulated the analog game Ghost Blitz (Zoch Verlag) as a cognitive paradigm. Here, we collect simulataneous data from two players during high-speed task-switching.
Here, we have developed a unique game Dice Dual where two players select dice in secret, with the outcome of each round determined by the sum of both dice. Via the CTT we are able to assess the speed and quality of decision-making during more naturalistics tasks.
