A No. You need the Blue Star card.
Q If the Blue Star SHAPE card is involved in a RESHAPE action, where does it go?
A Back in CONSULTANCY (not the SHAPE deck).
Q If I have the Blue Star card at the end of the game, how much is it worth?
A Total +3 (+2 for blue, +2 for star, -1 for SHAPE card)
Q Can one SHAPE card SOLVE more than one PROJECT card?
A Yes!
