We will follow a cohort of children from kindergarten through grade 2 to examine how the quality of interactions between children and teachers in classrooms relate to children\u2019s social, emotional and academic development. This project is generously funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Insight Grant program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deefc8f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"deefc8f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09a9dbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"09a9dbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><h2 data-elementor-setting-key=\"title\" data-pen-placeholder=\"Type Here...\" style=\"text-align: center\">Early Learning Pilot Project<\/h2><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e27e71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e27e71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"color: rgb(10, 14, 20); text-align: center;\">In collaboration with ABC Head Start and Edmonton Catholic and Public School Boards, this project investigated children\u2019s social and emotional development and early academic skills in the context of early childhood classroom practices.
